We help those in need, especially those experiencing adversity, to receive essential health services such as first aid, medical, and dental, upon availability.

Meals, shelter & Necessities
We provide children, seniors, families and individuals with meals, shelter, clothing & other essentials. Hand-delivered with counselling and support.

Counselling & recovery initiatives
Counsellors and volunteers work directly on the street, offering both one-on-one and group counseling services with hands-on support.

Lunch Box Rescue Program
Each $10 donation allows us to prep and hand-deliver meals to individuals and families in need. A simple meal is critical to survival for those who are struggling.

Downsizing & Estate Services
Whether it's selling or purchasing a property, transitioning to a senior living community, handling furniture sales, or managing legal matters such as wills and power of attorney.

Supporting first responders
We provide a treatment center to support First Responders as they serve on front lines, focused on processing and decompressing from traumatic situations.

Special projects & assistance
We bring hope to those facing their darkest moments and step in where help is needed, including rescue missions, assisting seniors who can't afford movers, free meals, etc.

Initiatives supporting kids
We have many active initiatives for kids of all ages, including our warm coats program and delivering lunches to underprivileged children at schools every day.

Our teams are boots-on-the-ground in critical areas providing First Nations people with food, clothing, bedding, houseware, and one-on-one support and counselling.
